This is a great project for use in smaller rooms, and comes apart easily for relocation or moving. As shown in plain finish, you can paint the All-in-One Loft in colors for either a girl or a boy. Consider a fairy tale castle scheme for a girl with pink accents or a stone finish fort theme for a boy.

pull-out keyboard/work area
built-in 5 drawer chest
hutch with storage drawers
ladder that can be used on both sides
reversible design - left to right

There's also room for storage that is accessed from either end door.

This project can be built using softwoods, hardwoods or veneered plywood.
