How to DOWNLOAD Plans

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT WILL HELP YOU WHEN ORDERING OUR PLANS, PUBLICATIONS OR PRODUCTS:

1) If you have ordered through the downloadable plans page, and paid with PAYPAL, you will be able to download your plans immediately. Paypal will return you to your accounts page after payment and you will see a DOWNLOAD button near the bottom of your accounts page. You can click on the button and download your plans now or later, up to 7 days, after which your download link will expire.

You can download the plans up to 5 times over a period of 7 days from any computer after you log onto your accounts page. This makes it easy to purchase plans at your place of work and later download them directly to your home computer at a later date, within 7 days.

If the download link does not appear, please email us at plans2008@conceptsamerica.com and we will manually email the plans as an attachment for you.

2) If you decide to order plans and pay by check or money order, we will send the plans on the day we receive payment.

3) If you select a mailed set of plans we print up and mail plans on the day we receive payment, whether it is through Paypal, a check or money order.

4) Our wood products vary in delivery time, please refer to individual listings, three weeks is average. Wood products enter our production queue on the day we receive payment by Paypal (the fastest), check or money order.
